    • August 23 – Handlery Hotel (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM) – One 6-ft Table

    • September 6 – Handlery Hotel (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM) – One 6-ft Table

    • September 27 – St. Dunstan’s Church (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) – One 8-ft Table

Table Guarantee

 

Your participation guarantees a vendor table at each listed event. Table placement is assigned and not selectable.

Event Cancellations

• If SD Collectibles cancels an event, you’ll receive either a credit for a future event or a full refund.

• Advance Notice Cancellations

• If you provide at least one week’s notice for a missed show, we’ll attempt to resell your table. If successful, you’ll receive the amount collected minus any applicable fees.

• Last-Minute Cancellations - We ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can try to fill the spot and avoid empty tables.
