By participating as a vendor at an SD Collectibles event, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax and business regulations, including collecting and reporting sales tax.

• SD Collectibles is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal issues arising from your sales.

• No counterfeit items, weapons, or prohibited goods may be sold.

• Booth fees are non-refundable, but cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
